Renecade was founded in April of 2019 by Sam Robinson and Tommy Yoder for their passion for video games. We wanted to create games that were not only fun but were also challenging to help the player in the process. We put the player first in every project we work on to make sure that content, when launched, will be fun to play for hours on end.

 

Our dedication to the player transfers to how well we treat our team at Renecade. With how much fun we have when making games allowed us to launch two shipped titles to the general public already. The first was back in August of 2018 called Holiday Escape. We released our second title on Steam called Crystallo on April 20, 2019.

We look forward to what the future holds.

Sam Robinson

Co-Founder at Renecade

My role at Renecade is to help with the creative sides of each project. I support the team by making 3D models in Unity or Unreal Engine 4, helping when someone needs guidance in any modeling software and works closely to make sure that each project ships on time.

My role at Renecade is to help with the technical sides of each project. I support the team by programming in Unity, creating content when everyone is busy,  and assisting the team with any technical issues that may arise to make sure the project is shipped out on time.

Audio Lead at Renecade

 

My role at Renecade is to support the team in many different ways, the consummate "Jack-of-all-trades, master of few."  I work mainly with modeling and texturing, but I also create sound effects,  mix audio, layout environments, blueprint code in Unreal, 3D rigging and usually provide the comic relief.  I also have an intermediate knowledge of behavior trees and can blueprint AI behavior. Due to my 10+ years in management, I can work under pressure and can be counted on to stay calm in a crisis.
